MetaBot Solutions ("we," "our") builds AI agents for business workflows. This policy explains what information we collect through metacallbot.com and our services, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact information you give us through forms — name, business email, and the workflow description you submit.
- Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used to keep the site secure and understand aggregate traffic.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and carry on the conversation you started.
- To deliver and improve our services.
- We do not sell your information. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Client workflow data
When we build and operate agents for clients, agents access only the systems and data scoped in the engagement, under least-privilege permissions. We do not use client workflow data to train shared models. Data handling, retention, and access terms are defined per engagement contract.
Third-party processors
Our contact form is delivered by FormSubmit, which transmits your submission to our inbox. Standard website infrastructure (hosting, fonts) may process technical data as needed to serve the site.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing cpdiver1@yahoo.com.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
